A New Chapter for Mind Over Body

The past 12 months have taken me in an unexpected direction. I stepped away from Mind Over Body to pursue an exciting opportunity helping establish a new medical practice — bringing together my clinical background, operational expertise and my passion for holistic health.

Ultimately, the venture wasn't the right fit, and I made the decision to walk away. Sometimes integrity means choosing the harder path — and I'm at peace with that.

Keeping closely connected to the things I care about most: people, health, and making a real difference at a grassroots level, I'm ready to rebuild Mind Over Body.

What this looks like right now:

I'll be offering online services initially, which actually opens things up beautifully — no matter where you are in NZ (or beyond), you'll be able to access support.

In-person services will follow as the business grows.

Why I do this work:

My time back in primary care has reinforced something I already believed — that true wellbeing goes far beyond a diagnosis or a prescription. It lives in the space between the clinical and the personal, and that's exactly where Mind Over Body sits.

I'm grateful for the journey, (even the hard parts) and I'm excited about what's ahead.
