Using gentle, neuroscience-based techniques such as Havening Techniques, we safely process and release stored trauma — without you needing to relive the experience.

2. Phobias & Fears (including medical & dental)

I work directly with the brain's fear response to disconnect the emotional charge and create a new, calm response.

Ways to Work With Me

You don't need to know exactly which option is right before reaching out — that's what the Discovery Call is for. But here's a quick overview of how sessions can be structured, depending on what you need:

Free Discovery Call

For you if:

  • You're not sure which option is right for you

  • You want to feel comfortable with me before booking a full session

What we do:
A relaxed 15-minute call to talk through what you're experiencing, answer your questions, and work out the best path forward together — no pressure, no obligation.

Clarity on whether this is right for you, and what to expect next

Duration: 15 min · Free

Initial Session

For you if:

  • You're new to this work, or have a specific issue or event you'd like support with

  • You want to start with a thorough first session before deciding on anything further

  • You'd like the flexibility to book a single session with no ongoing commitment

What we do:
We begin with a deeper conversation to understand what you're carrying, then move into the most appropriate technique — Havening, NLP, or nervous system regulation — to start creating change from the very first session.

Outcome:
A clear sense of relief or shift, plus clarity on whether further sessions would help

Duration: 1 hr 30 min · $180

Follow-Up Session

For you if:

  • You've already had an Initial Session and want to continue the work

  • You have a new, smaller issue to address

  • You're maintaining progress with ongoing support

What we do:
We pick up from where we left off, going deeper into what's already shifting or addressing whatever's come up since your last session.

Outcome:
Continued progress, with the same gentle, supportive approach

Duration: 1 hr · $150

Phobia Freedom Intensive

For you if:

  • You have one specific fear or phobia that's holding you back (flying, needles, dentist, driving, etc.)

  • You want focused, concentrated work rather than an ongoing series of sessions

  • You're ready to resolve this fully, in one dedicated block of time

What we do:
We work intensively in an extended session to fully process and release the fear response at its root — giving the issue the focused attention it needs to shift completely.

Outcome:
Walk away with the specific fear resolved, often within a single extended session

Duration: up to 3 hours  - Price: $395

The Reset Package

For you if:

  • You're dealing with several overlapping issues — stress, old trauma, anxiety, feeling stuck

  • You want ongoing support rather than a single session

  • You're ready to commit to deeper, lasting change over time

What we do:
A structured series of sessions combining Havening, NLP, and nervous system regulation — building on each session to create sustained, compounding change rather than a one-off fix.

Outcome:
Lasting shifts across multiple areas, with ongoing support as you integrate the changes

Includes: 5 sessions over 5-10 weeks - Price: $595
