1.  Trauma & Shock Release

  • You feel triggered, reactive, or “on edge”

  • The past still feels present in your body

What we do:

Using gentle, neuroscience-based techniques such as Havening Techniques, together, we safely process and release stored trauma — without you needing to relive the experience.

Feel calmer, lighter, and no longer held back by the past

2. Phobias & Fears (including medical & dental)

For you if:

  • You avoid injections, blood tests, dental work, or procedures

  • Fear feels overwhelming or irrational

  • You know it doesn’t make sense, but your body reacts anyway

What I do:

I work directly with the brain’s fear response to disconnect the emotional charge and create a new, calm response.

Outcome:

Feel in control and able to face situations that once felt impossible

3.  Stress, Anxiety & Overwhelm

For you if:

  • Your mind won’t switch off

  • You feel constantly tense or on edge

  • You’re exhausted from managing everything

What I do:

I guide you to regulate your nervous system, rewire patterns, and help your body return to a state of calm and balance.

4. Grief & Emotional Healing

For you if:

  • You’ve experienced loss or life change

  • Emotions feel heavy or stuck

  • You’re struggling to move forward

What I Do:

I gently guide you & support your system to process and release emotional pain in a safe and supported way.

 Feel lighter, more at peace, and able to move forward
