My Background
With decades of experience as a registered nurse including 20 years working in General Practice, I have a passion for promoting healing in all aspects of life. I am deeply interested in the mind-body connection and how emotions can have a real impact on one’s health. I utilize a combination of holistic approaches and conventional medicine to help people achieve physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. One size doesn't fit all. Each session is tailored to the unique needs of the individual, ensuring that they leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on life.
My Mission

At Mind Over Body, I am committed to helping individuals achieve optimal health through a holistic approach to wellness. Drawing on my extensive background in medicine, personal healing experiences, Havening Techniques, Reiki, and insights from NLP, I offer a unique and comprehensive approach to healing. My mission is to bridge the gap between mainstream medicine and alternative modalities, and empower individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve optimal health. Let's work together to explore your journey to wellness and embark on a path to a more vibrant life.
After gaining my NZ Comprehensive Nursing Diploma in 1991, I began my first few years of working as a Registered Nurse within multiple hospital settings in New Zealand, Australia and London. I gained experience in a medical ward, before moving on to Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Occupational Health, Operating Theatres and Post Anaesthetic Care Unit
