Coaching Programme Options
OPTION 1: Personal Coaching Sessions
Coaching is an effective way to eliminate barriers and obstacles which prevent you from achieving and reaching your ideal weight.
Megan has developed numerous mind techniques to target your current barriers and limitations to help you change how you, think, feel and behave to become effortlessly in control of your food choices and eating habits.
Sessions can be delivered via Telephone (made by MindCoach to your landline), Messenger, or Skype. Afternoon and evening sessions are available. Face-to-face Session's are available in Palmerston North.
Investment: 45 minutes - NZ$50
After the initial consultation, you may wish to book 30 minute additional sessions. Whatever barrier or obstacle you are experiencing on your weight journey, Megan will provide you with a suggestion or strategy to keep you moving forward.
Investment: 30 minutes - NZ$35. Payment to be made by or at the first session.
OPTION 2: Change Your Mind, Change Your Body
This is a personal coaching programme delivered over a 4 week period.

- Four weeks total time commitment
- 10-15 minutes daily to action the programme exercises to make the mind shifts required for long term success; plus
- Approximately 60 minutes per week for follow up coaching actions.

Unlimited email support, advice as required between sessions.
