Q: What is Mind Over Body?
A: Tash at Mind Over Body is a health and wellness facilitator who specializes in NLP, Havening Techniques

Q: What is NLP?
A: NLP, or Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a powerful set of tools that explores how our thoughts, language, and behaviours are interconnected. It helps us understand and improve communication, manage emotions, and achieve personal growth. By tapping into the connection between our minds and language, NLP offers practical strategies to enhance our health/wellness, lives and interactions.

Q: What are the Havening Techniques
®?
A:  A healing approach for overcoming issues linked to traumatic encoding in the brain. Belonging to psychosensory therapies, it uses touch, known as Havening Touch®, to impact thoughts, mood, and behaviour. With three applications—emotional disturbances & trauma, wellness & stress management, and self-help—it's versatile. Trained health professionals and certified non-licensed practitioners can use it in psychotherapeutic and coaching settings. Havening touch can also be used as a self-help technique for personal and shared well-being, even among family and friends.

Q: How long does each Mind Over Body session last?
A: Each session lasts approximately one hour and is tailored to the individual's needs and goals.

Q: Can NLP, Reiki, or Havening Techniques heal all illnesses?
A: While NLP, Reiki, and Havening Techniques have been known to help individuals with a variety of physical and emotional issues, they are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. We always advise individuals to seek and continue medical advice for any health issues they may have. Some examples of issues that Mind Over Body can help with include; trauma, phobias, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, allergies, stress, grief, and improving relationships.
